In case I never get around to finishing this piece, I better post this work-in-progress here. Kang dah basi pulak..

The original plan is to colour it just like I did the House work. Heh..’housework’..geddit?.. ..Anyway, let’s hope I can do that! Characters pun ada a few lagi yang belum lukis. Of course, the original plan was also just to draw Afdlin and Rashidi. Tapi terlayan la pulak.

And go watch the movie! EES GOOD! Punya la ramai cameo yang best2 (harun salim bachik!), even Justin Timberlake ada dalam citer ni. The chemistry between characters comes off natural, and you don’t cringe at the CG fx and action scenes, in fact, they were nicely done (takde aksi motobot tengah-tengah sungai Klang). I wish the heist set-up and planning stage was longer tho, tapi the series of unfortunate events that follows memang terbaik. If you are a fan of Ocean’s 11, Leverage, Baik Punya Cilok, or even Prison Break, you gotta check this movie out. Support!

This work was long overdue..even the hosting + domain name lapsed for about a month. Well, when family’s your client, that’s what you get. Haha! Kidding only big brother in-law (..mostly)! He likes black, white and red and wanted a simple site so that’s the theme we were going for.

The navigation menu is slightly different than what was first conceived, but I like how it turned out. Sometimes it’s cool to try the slick Apple look. Just don’t over do it. Subtlety is key. Chewah!

I haven’t done a lot of webdesign freelance work, mainly because it is essentially what I do at the office..Just wanna mix it up a lil bit, you know? Illustration, flash animation or photography..But maybe i should do more simple webgalleries like this, if people are interested (With the right price, of course..heheh..takkan semua nak diskaun abang ipar kot? Masak laaa…).

I just couldn’t sleep after an overdose of browsing wicked cool artists’ sites all night. Was determined to explore a little bit of colouring with flash. Something like I did with the Nightgrover strip. A painterly flash? Ntahlah. Add in some typos, for good troubled-doctor measure.

A 20 minute after work quickie. As usual, done with Flash (brush tool) and the Wacom tablet. No tracing done aa, just like T-bag yesterday. Hopefully doing better with the likeness, tho.

Sudah lama tidak melukis..
