A few Wednesdays back (27th August 2008), MSC Malaysia held its 3rd annual IP Creators Challenge Series Pitching Day. The series consists of creation and competition of digital content namely, animation, computer games, digital comic and mobile content.

Alhamdulillah..we never really thought we could do it, mainly because of the stiff competition, but our entry in the digital comic pitch is one of the ten grant winners! Hoorah!

Our entry is titled: The Redemption of Si Tanggang - Destiny is not set in stone. And the ‘our’ referred to here is a slightly smaller team this time around, consisting of me, AdiFitri (Bohrtaag), and Ammar (Silent Gecko). Our team’s moniker is Pakatan Anak Soleh. Or as Fy would call us: Pakatan Anak Setan. Hey, whatever works, man. Haha!

The judges were mainly from the local publishing world: Ayour (Gempakstarz), Haji Che Mazlan (Al-Ameen), Jaafar Taib (Creative Ent.) & Fauzul Na’im Ishak (PTS).
